I’m an ardent advocate of Walk and Talk therapy.

My experience, both personally and as a counsellor, has shown me how powerful and beneficial it can be to combine nature with therapy. It can be comforting and reassuring whilst also allowing a sense of freedom which in turn promotes an ability to unburden - to be our true selves. 

For many, therapy outdoors feels safer than the confines of a room. It can awaken our senses, promote psychological and physiological wellbeing and often helps with our clarity of perspective.

I use a variety of outdoor locations - so we can choose a route that suits you and your needs. All the locations I use offer the opportunity to pause and sit as needed. If you have any questions about walk and talk therapy, please do get in touch.
