About me
I’m a warm and honest counsellor with a relaxed, creative and approachable manner. I believe that a safe and trusting relationship is at the core of psychotherapy. I also believe we all have a desire to be seen, heard and understood.
I will listen, question, and explore with you, with unconditional acceptance and care. I will use my experience to help you navigate your way to a place of understanding yourself, your experiences and how they have shaped you.
Together we can explore where you are in life at the moment and where you would like to be.
How I Work
My training is integrative. My approach is relational – I view the therapeutic relationship as being at the heart of healing.
I believe that just as every person is unique, so too is the help and support they may need.
I work in a collaborative, non-directional way. I follow your pace, I will engage actively, listen intently and encourage supportively.
As an integrative counsellor, I don’t use one individual therapeutic approach but instead use techniques and elements from different theories and approaches in the support I offer. These approaches include Person-centred, Transactional Analysis, Attachment, CBT and Psychodynamic.
In addition, I often incorporate somatic interventions such as breathwork, mindfulness and body scans, as a way of helping to regulate symptoms of anxiety or stress and to calm the nervous system.
I explain and collaborate fully with you as we progress, ensuring you understand the process, all the while keeping focused on your goals and what you would like to achieve.

I work with individuals from all walks of life and backgrounds and all client work is carried out in a confidential, respectful and non-judgemental way.
Some clients come to me knowing exactly what they want to work on, others need help to get to the core issue, the root cause of their pain or struggles.
Together, we can explore what matters most to you – to begin your journey of healing, of improving your emotional and mental wellbeing and becoming the person you were always meant to be.
